Lucy’s Place is nestled between The Magnificent Redwoods with “Trees of Mystery 3 minutes away”, the Klamath River and the Pacific Ocean with Fishing, Swimming and Water Sports. Klamath is located approximately 30 min from Crescent City to the North and The Arcata McKinleyville Airport 55 min south, Fern Canyon where Jurassic Park was filmed is also in close proximity, a 20 min drive. We are looking for long term, year round tenants, as we pride ourselves in comfort, stability, peace, and respect, with mobile home spaces at 550/month and the RV spaces at 485/month; All Space Rents Include Water and Trash. Immaculate Laundry Facility and Two Restrooms each with their Own Shower.
